NAC Retail strives for a quick, easy, and positive return experience and has established the following guidelines in the event a purchase must be returned or exchanged:
Occasionally, a mistake in shipment could occur. If this does happen, and you receive the incorrect goods, NAC Retail will provide a refund for the cost of the goods. To receive a refund, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
We do accept returns of erroneous goods provided they are:
NAC Retail customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we receive your order returned undeliverable due to incorrect address or the shipping carrier was unable to deliver your package, NAC Retail will gladly re-ship or refund your order. If your order is re-shipped, additional shipping charges will be required.
All refunds are provided through the payment provider you chose at checkout. Exchange rates differ per payment provider and NAC Retail has no control over payment provider exchange rates.
If you receive your order damaged, contact NAC Retail within 24 hours. Please keep all packaging in the event the courier requires this for the damage claim. These steps must be followed to ensure the courier accepts liability and to avoid any disputes.
14 Day Cooling Off Period
As a consumer, you have consumer rights, many of which include the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To do so, you must notify NAC Retail at: [email protected]. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and risk and all returns must be returned in the same condition you received them in. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, NAC Retail will process your refund within 7 days. We will refund the price of the product and the original delivery charge in full.
NAC Retail reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges.
